Manual Lymph Drainage Therapy
The basic concept of this treatment is to stimulate the body’s lymphatic circulation. Our lymph system as a major part of the immune system is responsible for removing waste and aiding the body’s defences.
In the treatment of Lymphoedema condition, or post-operative, the procedure can involve remedial exercises and decongestive compression.
Manual Lymph Draining is a safe, non-intrusive treatment.
Remedial Massage Therapy
This treatment modality is for specific conditions or ailments. Remedial therapy may include deep tissue massage, Myofascial mobilizing, tailored exercises, cross fibre and tendon manipulation and trigger point work.
Cranio Sacral Therapy
A gentle wholistic, non-intrusive session to help the body and mind ‘unwind’. The therapist applies specific holds and slow movements on the client’s body. This allows to relax, moving the body and mind into a comfort zone and helping the person to find better movement, breathing, awareness and reduction of pain.
MATRIX Rhythm Therapy
Developed in Germany by Dr. Randoll, the treatment is a new and effective approach to treat people suffering acute and chronic discomfort. Matrix Rhythm therapy can assist with lymphoedema conditions, scars and neuropathies as well as improve general flexibility and ease of body. Matrix Rhythm therapy restores and re-introduces better cellular circulation and regeneration which results in improved oxygenation and nutrient supply to the cells = healing.
Foot Reflex Zone Therapy
This is far from a foot massage. By using manual pressure on specific areas of the feet and ankles we can access different parts of the body; muscles, joints, organs, glands, digestive system, sinus system. It is a full body treatment via the feet and highly recommended for people with systemic issues, insomnia, and nervous problems.

Treatments
Most treatments are one-hour appointments. There are 30min, 45min, 90min and 120min options depending on modality and choice. Professional fees are charged according to duration, Spa sessions attract different charges depending on time and products.
When the booking is made you will receive a confirmation 24 hrs before time. Please let us know if you are unable to attend, cancellation and no show fees will apply. All fees are payable at time of service, receipts will be issued if requested.
